Shipping Information (All rates are in Singapore Dollars- SGD)
- In-stock available items in The Wagington Pet Hotel will be shipped in 1-2 business day via registered mail. Made to order items or items which are not available in the hotel boutique may take 4-8 weeks for delivery. Upon an online order confirmation, customers will be notified via email once the item arrives in the The Wagington Boutique and ready for shipping to your shipping address.
- Local shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for purchases under $120 and FREE shipping for purchases over $120.

- If a product is not eligible for international shipping, it will be noted along with the product description.
- Customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes, duties, fees or any other charges owed.
- Since duties and other fees vary by country, please check with your local customs office for a quote.
- Please be aware that additional shipping costs may apply to international orders. Also, you will be advised in the event that your credit card needs to be billed separately for any additional shipping charges.
- Please allow additional time for international delivery. Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. Your local postal carrier has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over to your local postal carrier for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.
- Once an order is placed it is out of our control and cannot be cancelled. We do not guarantee a specific time for shipment or delivery – only estimates. Please allow extra time during the holidays season.
- Taxes, gift vouchers, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and the offer cannot be applied to these items.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Large, oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.
- We may use a variety of shipping carriers including, but not limited to the Wagington Limo services, Speedpost, DHL, UPS & FedEx. We do not ship to PO boxes.
- Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy thoroughly before making a purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
We strongly recommend that you measure your pet carefully before placing an order. We have several sizing charts throughout our website to guide you. Size guidelines differ by designer so please read all size charts pertaining to each product you order. Also, please keep in mind that there is no standard sizing for specific breeds. A leaner-built 5kg Yorkie will wear a different size than a stockier-built 5kg Yorkie. If you need assistance with sizing, contact us prior to your purchase at email@example.com
- If an item is not eligible for an exchange, it will be noted along with the product description.
- We do not offer exchanges on all international orders.
- For all local orders, we must receive your exchange request within 3 days of your receipt of your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your invoice number, date of purchase, item number and reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a RA (Return Authorization) number that you will need so that your exchange can be processed. The RA number must be printed on the outside as well as inside of package. Without the RA number your package will not be accepted.
- The item that you are exchanging must be postmarked within 3 days of your receipt of the RA number.
- Items to be exchanged must be in the condition in which they were received with all tags attached.
- The item should be placed in their original packaging. We will provide you with shipping instructions including our receiving address. We recommend that you use a secure mail courier such as our Wagington Limo for safety reasons.
- While in transit, the exchanged item is considered your property until received by us.
- You will be responsible for all shipping and other fees associated with the exchange (both ways), even, for example, if you originally received the item under a promotion with free shipping.
- Custom, handmade, special orders and some other items may not be eligible for an exchange. Also, health regulations may prohibit some items from being eligible for an exchange.
- Please allow additional time for exchanges.
- We do not offer refunds.
Packages Returned as Undeliverable
- Please be sure that all your contact and shipping information is correct.
- The Wagington is not responsible for product orders that are returned as undeliverable for any reason including, but not limited to, unknown address; inaccurate or missing address information provided to us; unclaimed parcel; the package is refused at the address location; or the mail courier will not deliver to the street address. You will be assessed additional shipping costs if your product order needs to be reshipped.
- It is your responsibility to notify us in advance if you know that certain carriers will not deliver to your address.
- An undeliverable package may incur a 20%-60% restocking fee (depending on manufacturer) plus the costs for shipping and packaging.
- A package is considered delivered when it is scanned by the mail courier as delivered, whether or not it was accepted or signed by you or someone else at your address.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you believe that a part or your product order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, you need to retain all original packaging material and email us at email@example.com providing a full description within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
- Any exchange of a defective or damaged item will be at our (or our designer’s) sole discretion.
- If you receive a wrong item we will provide you with instructions on returning the item back to our warehouse/designer.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- You should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your product order within 30 days after your order was placed.
